‘So is it a Cabaret, a Play or what? It’s all of the above. As a Play, CCOAED is more universal than the Cabaret, it is available to be performed/franchised by other performers/companies around the world who want to spread an environmental message in a musical, provocative and “play”ful way. Performed in Two Acts, Act 1 is the story, Act 2 is a game show that the audience participates in and can win prizes. Infotainment that’s a win win win situation for all!
As a Cabaret, Nomi performs a slightly different version of the story that is her own personal journey generally
performed in smaller more intimate venues. It can be performed with a live band or tracks and runs about 75 minutes.
Finally, Nomi also does guest spots (10-30 minutes) at Eco-friendly events that adds a short, sweet and sassy highlight to any eco-event. Check out her performances at Earth Day in Maple Ridge and the Green Party No Tanker event in Sidney.
